Hugo Boss Bottled Night: Smells Soo Good!

Posted by Michael on July 31, 2010

I got some more smelly stuff! :P Its Hugo Boss Bottled Night, and it smells sooooo good!! :) Its my favourite smell this year i think, i got the 50ml EDT bottle which was £35.

It has a very strong and rich smell, its definatly a night smell which is where it got its name i guess. I will be wearing this alot, it is hard to describe a smell, but it is good.

Its the new fragrance from Hugo Boss, I have a few of theirs, and this is by far there best effort, its really nice :)

My Rosary Beads

Posted by Michael on July 31, 2010

Hello lovely blog followers ;)

What do you think of Rosary beads? I saw that Diego Maradona was sporting some during the world cup. I have a necklace one now, my mam went to Leeds and brought me some back.

They are really long! I would wear it on my wrist and double it over, but its too long for that, and long around my neck.

It has a crucifix on it. What do you think of them?

Grim weather in Newcastle

Posted by Michael on July 30, 2010

Hello blog!

Are you upto anything this weekend? I have no plans, i think i am just going to have a really lazy weekend and do nothing, just chill, and no alcohol! I have been drinking every weekend for a while now, with the football on i was drinking, and sometimes through the week and on weekends. I will give it a miss this week, and just relax, no work, no nothing, just a chilled weekend.

I have lots of music to listen to, so i will do that.

Check out the weather! How shit is it!?!? That’s why i need to go abroad, to forget about work and this crap weather we have, it doesnt look good :( Where the hell has the summer gone!?

Summer Look

Posted by Michael on July 30, 2010

Hello lovely blog readers :)

Well today it may be shitty weather, but i am wearing a cool summer look. I am really into the summer kind of look, light colours, lightweight things, and a minimal kind of look.

Jacket by Evisu
Jeans by Armani Jeans
T Shirt aquamarine/green by Superdry
Watch: Red Spain watch by ICE Watch

p.s. I really need my hair cut! :P

I need a holiday part 2

Posted by Michael on July 29, 2010

Hello blog readers :)

Yes i still need a holiday!! This is part 2 of my rant, because i really wanna go abroad. Its shit because people i know dont want to go abroad for their own reasons, and i dont wanna go alone. In a good situation i could go somewhere “good”, I have thought and decided i would love to go to Malta, its cool, chilled and also has a good night life and party scene too. Its also not over run with english tourists which i would prefer, there is no point in having the bigg market atmosphere, i have that in Newcastle. Its more of a relaxed place than somewhere like Magaluf, but still you can go to the clubs, go to Valetta which has some good clubs and bars.

The weather here is really grim, its really terrible and depressing. This is supposed to be the summer and we havent had a good hot day for weeks and weeks, no days to sunbathe for a long time thats for sure.

I know that there is a good party happening in my 2nd home Cala Bona, the “Fin De Fiesta Electronic Festival” next week, its on 8th August and will be amazing, and i will miss it :(

Its almost August, and feels like the summer is slipping away, soon enough it will be over :(

Spain Campeones T Shirt by Adidas

Posted by Michael on July 28, 2010

Hello blog!

I am good. Today it has been a really busy day. I am planning on new things for my company, and i have been working on that…When i have more details i will write about it ;) I am really in “business mode” and have been for the past few days, i am really getting back into business and have loads of ideas flowing :)

Today i got a package, woohoo!! Its the Spain Campeones 2010 T Shirt. This is made by Adidas, and is the exact shirt that the players were wearing when they went on the parade after the final of the world cup, meeting the royal family etc.

The t shirt has the badge with the star above it, showing 1 world cup win :P

Looks good i think :)

Una Estrella – yeeeeeeeeeeeeeahhhh!!!

Scarves, Cardigans Jumpers and T Shirts

Posted by Michael on July 27, 2010

Hello blog readers!

I have been so busy lately so i havent been able to show you some of the things i got…I got these last week, some things which i love, and one which i sent back. I got 2 snoods, a cardigan, a jumper, a t shirt and a silk scarf for the summer. Here are the things:

The thing i love the most which i got. Its a light blue cardigan by All Saints. I love this brand, its a cool high street brand. Its a very nice, fine cardigan, maybe a little on the long side, but i like that in some ways.

Blue jumper from Gabacci. I think this will look good with a shirt underneath, its probably more of a winter look but might aswell of got this in, i hardly ever buy jumpers or sweatshirts.

A polo shirt from Gabacci. I never bought anything from this brand before, these 2 things were the first 2 i have bought. I like the look of this top, its a polo with buttons all the way down, and it has the look of a shirt but since its a polo its far more comfortable. It is quite small fitting.

2 Snoods from ASOS are definatly for the winter. These were on sale so i got them while i could. I got a black one last year which i like, i think having a red one will be a good contrast with other clothing and look good.

A silk scarf from Simon Carter. This is more of a summer scarf, an accessory rather than a real “scarf” if you know what i mean. I will probably wear it with a more plain shirt to give it more of a look. I’m not sure how i will tie it, or if i will have it loose, i guess it will depend on how i want to look at the time :)

This is a 3/4 length sleeve Vilain cardigan. It was combed cotton which i did not like, and also the neck made me look like a doctor or something. I wish i took a pic but i didnt, it looked stupid. I have sent this back now. Its a shame because i wanted to get a white cardigan for the summer, i am getting into more lighter colours this year.

Monday 26 July

Hello blog readers!

How was your day? I have been really busy, working hard on my site and with work in general, and some content for my blog too :)

I had to make loads of photocopies of documents, went to a place i never go…The Library! Some poor women was behind be waiting to use the machine, i was about 20 minutes :P

I have been listening to lots of music over the past few days, i have been getting back into reggaseton, which is like a mix of spanish pop, reggae and hip hop, its really good if you have never heard anything before. Probably the most famous artist is Daddy Yankee in the English speaking world, i imagine you heard “Gasolina” years ago. Its what i listen to when i go to bars and clubs in Spain usually, so it makes me wanna go abroad even more :(

Last Night In Newcastle

Posted by Michael on July 25, 2010

Hello blog readers :)

Last night i was out in Newcastle, it was an alright night. It was really busy everywhere, it was ladies day at the races so loads of people were out. The bars were filled with the girls in their posh dresses and hats, and it took ages just to get a drink, there were queues at lots of places.

I went into a new bar, Stein Bier Keller at the Quayside. I have to say, it was the most understocked bar i have ever been into! There were so little drinks to choose from, some foreign beers i hadnt heard of, and not many of them. It was a shame because it was an alright bar, the music was good. I got a Desperado, it was horrible, i used to like them, but they do now taste so bad!

There were so many drunk girls out! I saw a few stumble past me, one fell, then got up and fell again. She must of been in some pain, she was holiding her friend and almost crying, when i left i saw them sitting down outside on the ground, maybe she really hurt her leg.

I did not stay out too late, i could not really be bothered. I noticed the price of bottles seems to be high now! It was almost £4 for a Smirnoff Ice, it used to be closer to £3. Oh well, thats the economy for you!
