MTV have announced that the next European Music Awards, the EMA 2010 will be in Madrid. Whats strange, is that, for the first time (since i know of) the awards will be on a Sunday, instead of a usual Thursday.

This is probably to make them more like the MTV Award shows in the U.S. which seem to happen on Sundays.

I wanna go!!!

They will be on 7th November, at the Caja Magica complex.

Too early for news on the host and acts, hopefully it will be a good one…I want to get more of the Europe back, and less of the U.S/UK

The new Lady GaGa – Telephone video featuring Beyoncé has been getting some reaction online. It has already had over 1.5 million views on YouTube, since yesterday! The video also has Tyrese in it, and loads of brands must have paid a pretty penny to get their products in the video. Play the “what brands are featured” game… I noticed the following in the vid.

If you like House music, trance, or anything electronic this has got to be the biggest party in the world! The Ultra Music Festival is in Miami on Friday 26th & Saturday 27th March and the lineup is HUGE!!! I have never seen such a massive lineup spread over 2 days, Miami is going to blow up. What a shame i am not in Miami, if i was, i would have to go. Headliners are Tiesto (Friday) and Deadmau5 (Saturday), but the rest of the lineup are headliners on their own.

The big names i would wanna see are David Guetta, Tiesto, Deadmau5, Armin Van Buuren, Dirty South, Calvin Harris, Little Boots, Laidback Luke, and of course… Eric Prydz (Friday) and Swedish House Mafia (Saturday).

The key is the lyrics, “Heidi and Audrina eat your heart out” you cant write that shit!

What do you think of this song? I like it, i liked it as soon as i heard it. Probably not going to be a classic, but still very listenable today.

If you like your music from Europe, and lets face it, who doesnt, then you have probably already heard “Hot” by Romanian singer Inna. This got Romanian airplay about 18 months ago, but made it big in Europe in the summer last year.

I heard it then, and i liked it, its an alright song, but nothing amazing. It now has a release in the UK, and is currently on the B List of Radio 1.

Which is…2 more members of the Pussycat dolls have left the group. The ugly redhead left first, and now 2 more, Ashley Roberts (the hot blonde one) and Kimberly Wyatt (the other blonde one) both confirmed that they have left.

That leaves the Pussycat Dolls with only 2 members, both the ugly ones. Jessica Sutta, the good looking one with black hair, also left earlier this year. So now the Pussycat Dolls are not split up but are on “a break”, and claim they will get some new dolls in the group. They are done! PCD go away, you had your fame, you had your hits, now go!

Nicole Scherzinger is shit, she should wake up and realise it! Had a crap attempt at a solo career, and is nothing without the other girls.

Mutya Buena (aka Mutley) has applied to the European Trademark Authority to use the name Sugababes. Good luck to her, i doubt she will win.

Hello Everyone! How are you doing? Its Friday, end of the week, and it a miserable rainy day! Its also the last day i am off from work, back on Monday

A new feature which i am going to have on my blog is Rewind Music, where i will show you old music and music vids which i loved, most of them will be from the 90s.

So here is the first track. It is one of the best 90s dance tracks, and definitely reminds me of being a kid. It is The Real Mccoy and “Another Night“. This came out in 1994 and was on all the compilation CDs into 1995. I love this song!

I LOVE Pixie Lott, and heard her latest/next single a few weeks ago, and didnt really like it. But i have heard it alot more since then, and now i love it! There must be something with her songs, because i never liked “mama do” when i first heard that either, but now i do

Gravity comes out in 2 weeks, on 8th March.

This was first performed on the Brits last week (or at least the first time i heard it ). The Brits who always have a big collaboration, this year went for Dizzee Racsal and Florence and The Machine, and it was good! So good in fact, that the download has entered #2 in the UK singles chart!
