Hello lovely blog readers!

The other day i spoke about how i think baseball jackets will be big this summer…Well i went and got myself one! Its a plain one, which is just what i wanted. Why? Because i can customise it!

It actually looks pretty smart plain, i would even wear it to go on a night out, but i never had that in my mind when i bought it, so i will still customise it and wear it whenever.

The first thing was i needed a design. I have decided to go with a simple 2 initials (M.A. since thats my name) and then i will also add either my full name or M.Adams on the opposite breast. I may also add the numbers 84 somewhere on the jacket, maybe the sleeves, or may just leave them out.

So since i am a t shirt designer i have a computer cutter, and lots of materials. I decided to go with flock (like velvet) because i think it will give it a better finish, and alot of the old skool originals were printed with this.

This is what the sheet looks like when it comes out of the cutter. I then have to “weed” the lettering and get rid of the excess like so…

I also had some spare red flock, so made some to see what that would look like on my navy jacket.

It looks alright, but i think i will stick to white, as the jacket trim and buttons are white, so it works perfectly.

I also done the name for the other side of the breast. I have picked a few different styles. I also wrote my Date of Birth, just in-case i want to add that later.

There we go! All those are now made and ready to be printed. I have made a photoshop style mockup of the jacket, which looks like this:

I am happy with that I have come across a different style of lettering for the initials, so i may change it again. But that is the general idea of what it will look like.

I think i will be able to do this tomorrow, if i am not too busy

I got some new clothing today! I got 2 Superdry T Shirts like i said i was going to, and i decided to get a Cheap Monday T Shirt. I have nothing by Cheap Monday, so i decided to check them out. I also got the Baseball Jacket i was talking about, more on that later

This is a Superdry T Shirt with the “puff” style printing. It is green, and i decided to buy this colour because it seems my wardrobe is filled with black, white and blue, and wanted something different. Price: £20

This is a black Superdry t shirt with pink flock text. If you dont know what flock is, its a velvet/velour kind of feeling, so it feels really nice. Price: £25

This is my pruple striped Cheap Monday T Shirt. I think horazontal stripes are back, i have a few tops with them now. Unfortunatly as you can see this has a hole in, so back off it goes for a return. Not a good start between me and the brand Cheap Monday. I am not suprised, it is a very thin lightweight t shirt, so i imagine its prone to this. Price: £22.

So what do you actually think of Facebook? Big waste of time? Sad people who add 700 people they dont know? Losers who update their status every 5 minutes?

I have blogged before how i hate the people with hundreds of friends, most of whom they dont know, never known and have no intention of knowing…They just happened to go to the same school, or even sadder, have the same name!! (Losers!)

I like parts of Facebook, It is good to let people know what you are upto and find out what others are upto, and you can do this indirectly or directly if you choose.

Someone who i knew ages ago added me just recently, it was good to catch up and see what they had been upto and let them know what i have been doing. It is good to catch up with old friends, and interesting too, you may have a certain image about a person and they could be completely different a few years down the line

Of course the opposite of this is someone you didnt like can always look on your profile or even try to add you…There is always “block” i suppose

Hey lovely blog readers!

Sorry for the lack of an update yesterday, i was really busy working and organising things. Yesterday i spent loads of time working, which included designing lots of t-shirts for the world cup! They will be on sale at Lush from next week, some may appear this week.

I had my credit card bill to pay yesterday booooo!! I am always happy and then go into the bank and come out miserable

I was gonna blog last night, and catch up reading others blogs, i sat down, and accidently smashed a whole pint of lemon juice! The glass smashed and the floor was soaking! So instead of blogging i had to clean all that up which took ages, and you can smell it sooo bad!

I should be able to blog more today! I just got my Baseball jacket and some t-shirts, so i will blog about them later today

Yes, i forgot to blog about this last night…Newcastle go up from the Championship to the Premier League as champions, after beating Plymouth 2-0 last night.

Its a bit of an anti-climax really, because its just been ‘expected’ for months now, and its happened.

They also announced that there will be no parade this time round like there was in 1993. That is terrible, the fans have had to put up with alot, and could give something back, and for whatever reason, there will be no open top bus parade or anything like that.

So i blogged about some Adidas t shirts the other day, and i finally made an order. I got these 3 tees, which i think are cool.

A White Spain Adidas T-Shirt, which you can see, it also has “España” printed on the back. This is a retro style.

The blue Adids Sweden tee, i think this is a cool design.

A Sky blue Adidas t shirt which reads “Have you ever tried running in a sunny and quiet morning? Its 6 o’clock – Nobody’s out – Wow! – Today is gonna be great!” – What a cool slogan I will wear this when i am running

How are you today? I am good! I had to wait in for the delivery guy today, i HATE waiting for them! This was for business, so it was guaranteed before midday so that’s alright.

Last night i had a Maccy D’s for my supper It was soo good! I am still hungry this morning! I have been getting more hungry all the time, it seems like all i wanna do is eat. Maybe i am pregnant? LOL

He has now came and i have loads of boxes, so off to work i go

Noooooooooooooo!!! The unthinkable has happened!?

Fernando Torres has today went back to Spain for surgery on his knee, which means he is out for the rest of the season, and wont be fit again for around 6 weeks, the story broke tonight. This, obviously could heal quicker, or take longer, nobody will know until the operation is over.

Add to this Cesc Fabregas’ injury, which could mean he misses the world cup too, and also Andres Iniesta is facing a month out, three massive Spain stars could be missing for the World Cup in South Africa.

This is a huge blow for Spain

They are now being called “La Cruz Roja” which means “The Red Cross”, since all these players are injured.

I dont know if i would rather have these players there unfit, or have replacements. I am not sure who would play up front, Cesc could of played in a 5 man midfield with David Villa up front, but now with his and Iniesta’s injuries, Vicente Del Bosque has a job on his hands selecting the best squad and first 11 for the finals.

They play 3 friendly warm up games against Saudi Arabia, South Korea and Poland on 29 May 3 June and 8 June before their first game of the World Cup against Switzerland on 16 June. The squad must be named by 1 June.

Maybe Pedro from Barca should get a callup? Spain have a reputation of calling up a player who hasnt been capped before, such as Luque in 2002. Maybe Raúl will get a recall? I cant see that happening though.

There are also attacking midfielders which could get a callup in replacement for a forward, such as Juan Mata and Pablo Hernandez of Valencia.

If it were me, i would take Fernando Torres, David Villa, Negredo, Llorente AND Bojan. Normally a squad only has 4 forwards, i would definatly take 5, and risk Torres, if he’s at least half fit.

It seems like the American baseball jackets are getting pretty popular and fashionable these days. I have seen a few plain ones for sale, and i am thinking about getting one.

They arent too cheap, some of the branded ones can run at over £100, which is expensive for something which can be out of fashion as quick as it is in. If i get one, i plan on getting a plain one, and customising it. That is a great thing about being a t-shirt designer, i can buy something plain and basically do what i want to it

I have some really nice flock which is velour type of material, i will use this as my canvas for a design and press it onto the jacket….I am not sure what yet; I am thinking of my initials on the front breast part, and my name on the back in a handwriting style. A Custom Baseball Jacket will look so cool!
